With more than 16 years of experience in life/accident and health reinsurance, Paul offers an emphasis on HMO, provider excess and employer stop loss reinsurance.

Paul’s expertise in this area stems from his work at Allianz Life Insurance Company, where he managed a large block of HMO and provider excess reinsurance clients, overseeing client renewals and managing data requests, analysis, structuring coverage, actuarial price consultation, and the preparation and presentation of quotes. While at Allianz, Paul also developed insurance products for his clients and assisted them in the benefit design, pricing, regulation, licensing, filing, and reinsurance aspects of those products.

Paul also served as Vice President of John B. Collins Associates, Inc., where, as the reinsurance broker for a number of life/accident and health clients, he was responsible for new business development and the management of a variety of reinsurance products.

Paul joined Re-Solutions in 2004.
