Robert began his insurance career in 1985 following his graduation from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. He joined the Boston office of a Lloyd's broker where he quickly developed a knowledge and passion for the Accident & Health business and the London market. In particular, he recognized the potential of self-funded medical products and how the London market could provide a variety of answers to the many challenges faced by U.S. employers seeking to provide their employees with comprehensive and affordable medical benefits.

During the 1990's Robert broadened his focus through greater involvement in the Accident insurance market. He formed partnerships in the U.S. market for both the Accident and Medical businesses and continued to work closely with his established London market contacts.

Into 2000 Robert continued to build underwriting teams that consistently generated profitable results to both the U.S. and London marketplaces.

As CEO and a founding partner in Re-Solutions, Robert brings to the company his numerous contacts in the U.S. Accident and Medical markets, his innovative problem solving skills and his entrepreneurial spirit.
