Lance brings to Re-Solutions more than 20 years of insurance and reinsurance management experience. Early in his career, Lance worked at John Alden Life Insurance Company, where he managed A&H marketing throughout the western United States and oversaw 40 district sales managers and more than 10,000 insurance agents.

Later, Lance joined Lamar Life Insurance Company and successfully managed all marketing efforts for the firm’s varied and complex group product portfolio. When Lamar merged with Life Partners Group in 1995, Lance was named as Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Group Officer, a position he maintained when the firm was later purchased by Conseco.

Before joining Re-Solutions in 2004, Lance broadened his knowledge of the financial marketplace by managing investment services for high net-worth individuals. He worked as an Independent Marketing Consultant for State Farm Insurance Agency and AmFed Companies, developing strategic business and marketing plans for future stop loss business development.
