Anthony S. Plampton
President

As President of Re-Solutions, Tony brings to the table more than 25 years of international insurance and reinsurance experience. He has worked in the United States and Europe for both broking and underwriting firms, most notably at Lloyd’s of London, where he held positions within the reinsurance divisions of two Lloyd’s insurance broking groups.

Prior to coming to the United States in 1992, Tony worked for a London-based reinsurance underwriter, where he managed reinsurance of U.S. health risks. As a member of the firm’s management team, he helped guide the company through a period of rapid growth and was instrumental in opening a branch office in America.

Tony then came to Minneapolis, where he joined Reinsurance Alternatives, Inc., an industry leader in U.S. medical reinsurance. He later became Vice President of RAI and was responsible for developing and managing significant brokerage revenue.

In 2001, with the experience he had gained and the philosophies he held, Tony left RAI to form Re-Solutions Intermediaries, LLC.
